Edward is the driving force behind Reflekt, managing the business behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. From handling bookings and client communication to designing graphics, overlays, and branded experiences, he ensures every event is planned to perfection before it even begins.

Edward brings over 13 years of experience as a children’s entertainer, alongside working as a resident DJ at Partington’s Holiday Parks giving him a natural ability to understand crowds, create atmosphere, and shape events that people genuinely enjoy.

 

With a Master’s degree in Graphic Design, he is also the creative force behind Reflekt’s visual identity, carefully crafting the brand’s premium look and feel across every touchpoint.While you may not always see him at weekend events, his influence is behind every detail making sure everything looks right, feels right, and delivers the high-end experience Reflekt is known for.

Marisa plays a key role in bringing the Reflekt experience together. As Edward’s wife and right-hand support, she’s involved behind the scenes helping shape the look, feel, and overall experience of each event.

She has a real eye for detail and a love for the sparkle often curating and choosing the standout props that elevate each setup and make every booking feel that little bit more special. Her favourite? The 360 booth where the energy is high and the moments are unforgettable.

Alongside Reflekt, Marisa works as a 999 call handler for the NHS, bringing a calm, caring, and people-focused approach into everything she does something that naturally carries through when working with guests at events. You’ll often find Marisa supporting at bookings, helping guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and ready to enjoy the moment.

Michael is the technical backbone of Reflekt, making sure everything works exactly as it should behind the scenes. From building and preparing booths to fine-tuning the tech, he plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.

He’s hands-on with equipment, always testing, improving, and ensuring each setup is reliable, polished, and ready for any event environment.

You’ll often find Michael working behind the scenes or on-site, making sure every booth is set up to the highest standard so when the event starts, everything just works.

Charlotte brings energy, confidence, and a love for the spotlight to every event. If there’s a moment happening, chances are she’s right at the centre of it engaging with guests, keeping the vibe high, and making sure everyone feels part of the experience.

She’s a big fan of all things sparkle and loves the 360 booth, where she can combine her outgoing personality with the fun, fast-paced energy it brings.

You’ll often find Charlotte at the front of the pods, chatting with guests, encouraging people to get involved, and helping create those natural, fun moments that make the best content.

Behind the scenes, Charlotte also plays a key role in managing Reflekt’s social media sharing the energy of your events and bringing the brand to life online.

Hannah is part of the Reflekt team alongside studying English at university, bringing a fun, upbeat energy whenever she’s involved in events. While she doesn’t work as regularly due to her studies, she enjoys getting stuck in, meeting new people, and being part of the atmosphere that makes each event special.

She loves a good party environment, with her favourite event to date being the UDO Dance Festival a high-energy experience that perfectly matches her outgoing personality.

Lucy brings a genuine passion for weddings and special occasions to the Reflekt team. Being part of someone’s big day is something she truly values, and she loves helping create those magical moments that couples will remember forever.

Her favourite setup is the Heart Pod  perfectly suited to the romantic, elegant atmosphere she enjoys being part of. Although newer to the Reflekt team, Lucy is already making her mark and is eager to get involved in more events, continuing to grow her experience and support across a range of bookings.
