We like to keep things simple. By booking with Reflekt Photobooths, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are only confirmed once the required booking fee or full payment has been received and a booking reference number has been issued by Reflekt Photobooths. All remaining balances must be paid no later than 14 days before your event.

 

Our Photobooths

All Reflekt Photobooth hires are fully manned by a trained member of our team for the agreed hire period.

All equipment is checked, tested and cleaned before and after every hire.

 

Equipment & Damage

All equipment and items supplied remain the property of Reflekt Photobooths and must be left in the same condition in which they were provided. Any damage, loss or missing items caused during the hire through misuse, negligence or deliberate behaviour may be charged to the hirer at the cost of repair or replacement.

 

Venue & Access

It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure the venue allows the equipment booked and that suitable space and access are available for setup and collection. Delays caused by venue access or circumstances outside our control may reduce the available hire time.

 

Travel

Bookings more than 20 miles from our office are subject to a minimum order value of £99. Additional travel charges may also apply and will always be confirmed before booking.

 

Safety & Insurance

All applicable electrical equipment is PAT tested. Reflekt Photobooths holds Public Liability Insurance up to £10 million. Where required for their role, members of our team are DBS checked, and all team members complete our training before working at events.

 

Cancellations

Booking fees are non-refundable.

If you need to change your event date, we will always try to transfer your booking to another available date where possible.

 

Technical Issues

In the unlikely event of an equipment issue, our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. If a significant part of your hire cannot be provided due to a fault with our equipment, an appropriate partial or full refund may be offered.

 

Behaviour & Safety

We reserve the right to pause or end a hire if our staff, guests or equipment are being put at risk through abusive, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour.

 

Acceptance

By making payment and receiving your booking reference number, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
